- Olive oil
- Freshly ground sausage
- Other spice - chef's choice (fennel/corriander...)
- Fresh lemon juice
- Gently mix the sausage, spices and olive oil together by hand.Dollop generously on crostini or other sliced artisan bread. Squeeze lemon generously over each one.Experiment. Capers, onions, fresh herbs (I'm thinking rosemary would be great). Go wild!Enjoy!
